I have Feet!

Standard

Feet, as a child you use your feet, not to walk, but for other things.  Norah has just discovered her feet, aka “new toys”.

Not only does she love to play with them, they serve a very important purpose.  When she drops a toy,  she now lifts up her feet to pass the toy to her hands.  It is the funniest thing.  They may not yet be useful in walking, but they sure are useful for something.

  1. Good Morning Gretchen

I remember Helena’s Feet story….she used them to lick the chocolate from the cake mix bowl (singing the alphabet) with a runny nose looking up and saying “I love you mommy.”

It has been too long. Your Journal today has been an encouragement to me. A reflection on the past for me as a
mother and hope for the future.

You amaze me Gretchen your love for the Lord and your desire to seek him and honor him. I am praying for you and your family today and holding you close in my heart.

    Love You,

    Cindy

    • oh cindy, it is so good to hear from you. Give Helena a big hug for me. I miss you guys so much. I think of you all the time. We happen to be here in New England, but we’re leaving Tuesday. Send me your number, in April we’ll be in New York a bit, maybe we can get together.
